Crews were called to the 30 North Jacob Street on Sunday around 9 p.m., according to dispatch.
One person died in the fire, CBS21 reports citing the assistant fire chief of Mount Joy.
Multiple firefighters "suffered burns and were treated at the scene," the assistant chief told the outlet.
Further details about the fire were not immediately available, calls Daily Voice placed to authorities on Monday were not responded to immediately.
